Sutter Says:
That he suffers from multiple physical disabilities. This is what he
told a judge in 1996 when trying to get his sentence reduced following a
conviction for credit card fraud.
The Truth:
Although he
conned members of an Internet 'People with Disabilities' group into writing
letters to the sentencing judge (telling them that it was a civil matter
concerning a fight on behalf of the disabled),
Sutter was unable to find actual doctors willing to go along with his
medical fraud scheme. He was therefore forced to forge his own medical
records - and then stupid enough to submit the forgery to the judge.
"Moreover, Sutter created his own credibility problem by submitting to the district court a forged medical report which formed the basis of counts two and three of the superseding indictment and resulted in a two-level enhancement in offense level for obstruction of justice."

Long before he began conning Christians by pretending to be a clergyman and the Left with his bogus "anti-hate" charade, the Phony Rev was exploiting people with physical disabilities by pretending to be one of them as well. He is a genuinely worthless person.
[UPDATE: Sutter is pushing a manufactured list of criminal counts against his personal enemies, particularly Jeanette Runyon, whom he is accusing of being a "human trafficker." To avoid new forgery charges, he carefully qualifies his imaginary list by saying that it is "not intended to be interpreted as a legal document," but he does falsely claim that the information comes from the Justice Department. Anyone interested in testing Sutter's credibility on this matter is free to request documents under the Freedom of Information Act (see instructions here).]
